Arrivals: Check-in is from 2 to 6 p.m. If you have a late arrival, we kindly ask you to enter your personal code to get your keys.
Departures: Check-out is until 12 p.m.
Prices: All prices are in Swiss Francs per room/night, including rich breakfast buffet, service, taxes, afternoon tea offers and WIFI access.
Reservations: All reservations have to be validated by our guests. The warranty for a reservation is guaranteed through a credit card number and an expiration date or a prepayment through the bank.
Warranty: For all changes and cancellations made after 21 days before the arrival, the Unique Hotel Eden reserves the right to charge the due fees. This also applies to late or early departures.
Parking lots: A limited number of parking lots right in front of the hotel is available for all guests. This service costs 15,- CHF per night.
Extra beds: Kindly note that extra beds are only available in the "superior" categories. For children older than 6 years additional fees may apply.
Dogs: Dogs are welcome in the hotel. Aside from your room, your dog may enter the lobby, lounge and the terrace. We charge an extra 15,- CHF per night for dogs.
